Initially, CNYTrust began by sponsoring promising students to continue education past primary and high school. So far all three of the students that CNYTrust has sponsored have entered prestigious chinese universities and have continued to excel in their studies.
In 2003 CNYTrust began planning a fund raising scheme that would contribute towards building a school. Once complete, the school would serve to provide six years of primary education to children who might otherwise not have the opportunity to go to school.

Hai-Yan Luo (罗海燕）, Yuan-Hai Zhu (朱远海) and Xue-Fei Hong (洪雪飞） were three promising students that Project Hope helped us locate. Since leaving high school and beginning their further education we have continued to maintain close correspondence with these students. CNYTrust continues to look for students to sponsor and support and hopes that each of these students can be examples of how far these children can go when given the opportunity. The site for the CNYTrust school is located in Hebei, the region surrounding Beijing. Although Hebei is located in the more prosperous eastern side of China, there are nonetheless many villages in remote parts of Hebei where children have no access to education.
